Lemon Ginger Salmon & Brussels Sprouts
From start to finish this delicious meal takes about 30 minutes! I don’t eat salmon often, but when I do this is my go-to!

Lemon Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
1 Lemon, juiced
3 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Fresh Ginger, peeled
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Combine lemon juice, garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce in food processor and blend until smooth
2. Set aside until salmon and Brussels sprouts are ready

Salmon
Ingredients
2 4-5 oz Wild Alaskan Salmon portions
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1-2 cups fresh green beans
2-3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2. Line baking sheet with foil
3. Place salmon on baking sheet
4. Surround salmon with green beans and cherry tomatoes
5. Season everything with salt, black pepper, olive oil & crushed red pepper flakes
6. Splash Worcestershire sauce on salmon
7. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes
8. Remove from oven, place on plate and drizzle salmon with lemon ginger dressing

Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
1 bag of brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbs olive oil
1-2 tsp kosher salt
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2. Place halved brussels sprouts on baking sheet
3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, Worcestershire sauce
4. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes
5. Remove from oven and drizzle sprouts with lemon ginger dressing
