Crudités are one of my family’s favorite appetizers to throw together when we entertain or are just craving something healthy. They are also a fun way to introduce new flavors to kids and get them to try different vegetables. My nieces and nephews love dipping fresh vegetables in different dips, especially hummus and tapenade. I love that it takes less than 10 minutes to put together. It’s great as an appetizer or after school snack for the kids!

Hummus
My favorite is Cedar’s Original. I’ve found it at Sprouts and Whole Foods.

Tapenade
Ingredients:
1 clove Fresh Garlic
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
6 Fresh Parsley leaves
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse
