Blueberry Bliss
I finally found a dairy yogurt alternative I love! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! All you need is 1 container of So Delicious unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt, 1 container of regular vanilla coconut yogurt (they are right next to each other in the grocery store), fresh berries, granola and mint leaves.

Serving Size:1
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt-So Delicious brand
1/4 cup regular vanilla coconut yogurt-So Delicious brand
1/4 cup granola- I used blueberry almond from Whole Foods
1/4 cup fresh berries- blueberries, blackberries, raspberries & strawberries
1. Combine unsweetened and regular vanilla in a small bowl
2. Fill the bottom of a second bowl or 6oz mason jar with half the yogurt
3. Add a layer of berries and granola
4. Add the remaining yogurt on top of the later of berries and granola
5. Top with fresh berries, granola and fresh mint
