Valentines Day Treats
Almond Cacao
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Raw Almonds
3 Medjool Dates, pitted
2 tsp Cacao Powder
1 tbs Coconut Oil, melted
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut, unsweetened (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine raw almonds, dates and cacao powder in food processor, pulse until smooth
2. Pour into medium sized mixing bowl, add melted coconut oil, knead
3. Roll into 1 inch balls
4. Roll in coconut
5. Serve immediately or place in refrigerator for up to three days
Cranberry Bliss
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Raw Almonds
3 Medjool Dates, pitted
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries or Tart Cherries
1 tbs Coconut Oil, melted

1. Combine raw almonds and dates in food processor, pulse until smooth
2. Pour into medium sized mixing bowl, add melted coconut oil, knead
3. Roll into 1 inch balls
4. Serve immediately or place in refrigerator for up to three days
Sweet & Simple Cashew
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Whole Cashews, raw & unsalted
3 Medjool Dates, pitted
Instructions
1. Combine cashews and dates in food processor, pulse until a nut butter starts to form
2. Place in medium sized bowl, knead
3. Roll into 1 inch balls
4. Serve immediately or place in refrigerator for up to three days
Cashew Cacao
Ingredients
